At HomeGear Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
